Armbalance flow In this fun and challenging class we will put what we’ve learned from our fundamental armbalance playshop into a dynamic movement practice. See how an armbalance practice can flow together seamlessly with movement. Come with an open mind and ready body.

This class will run on Sunday Feb 16 from 2-3:30 It is strongly encouraged that all attend the Fundamentals playshop scheduled on this day prior to the Flow workshop:

Fundemental Armbalance playshop This fun workshop will teach you how to approach a variety of arm balances with greater confidence and safety while still keeping it playful. Learn the foundation and fundamentals needed to grow your armbalance practice from the ground up. All levels are welcome.
