Welcome to a new era of fitness. This app was created to make it possible for me to work closely with individuals who wish to make great improvements in their physical fitness and health. I work with my clients closely to keep the momentum of positive change going. With this easy to use app, we can do just that, while delegating funds and time more appropriately for each individual.

This project is designed with central focus upon co-creative activations of self love. You are invited to come to this well of motivation and body knowlege and let the whole being be inspired into presence.
Daily time allocation
Each routine can be completed in 10 to 30 minutes, and can be done daily. Choose between one daily routine or mix it up with a few different ones to create multi-dimensionality within the body structure. You and I will work together remotely to track your daily practice.

The Intention
With higher activations through movement directly anchored in high resonant intention, exercise has a renewed function. The focus on looks and even performance is spread out to the vastness of the whole Self by infusing every action with intention and awareness. This increases efficiency while preserving and allocating energy resources more appropriately.
I've designed an easy to use app with daily, dynamic and low impact movement routines, specifically created with individuals who are either too busy to commit to the studio, or are simply in need of a go-to, easy access movement routine to enjoy at home.
With the new higher frequency bodies we live in, its important that we treat them with equally high-frequency exercise and food. Our movement for health really needs to hold a space that allows the body to unwind from its old stories.
We know now that a misaligned intention and action cycle will cause physical, mental and emotional disease. Just like a person who thinks their worth is defined by others, so too does ego-designed and driven physical exercise cause mortal diseases in the bodymind and human energy field. But what do we do about this?
Ancient wisdom practices show us that dancing to music serves as a physical download of the cultivated Spirit. The spirit of rain, for example, life force, and the guiding light of God. When we dance or move with rhythm and force to low frequency music with degrading lyrics, with low self-worth intentions, even if we aren't aware, we are downloading the spirit of that intention.
In exercise, we are not only challenging our biology, but imprinting intention into our biofield. We can see this practice honored in Yoga when asked to set a personal intention. But these multidimensional bodies will occasionally need more...sometimes we need to push weights to densify our bones and strengthen our back, or raise the heart rate to a point where detoxifying and endurance is encouraged.
Most times, seeking guidance for athletic exercise leads us right into an environment where Soul is not nourished at all. That is my specific aim as a professional; to conjure the inner athlete, the moving animal, the inner-based force of strength, while keeping Soul hygeine top priority.
I love training my body with diversity. Strength training is my favorite. I also love flowing movements that mimic the natural athletic ability of my Animal-Self. That's why I made this app. Its designed with the health of the Soul in mind. From the language, to the music, to the mindfully guided routines, it is created for optimal multidimensionality in movement.

Set me up and let me go For the self driven individual. 3 day per week program created to fit your needs. No trainer access. Program updates done every 60 days upon request. -All tier level subscriptions begin after an intial Discovery Session

Tier 2 - Help me Along
Team You For the individual who needs some motivation. All access subscription, and personally tailored 5 day/week program. Co-monitoring of weekly commitment, and program changes as needed.

Tier 3 - Support my Progress
Elevate together: For the individual who seeks monthly personal support. Includes all features of Tier 2, with 2 virtual or in person sessions to move however is needed.
$360 per month
4. Custom programs can be made around your at home gym. $420 covers 1 home visit training session, 1 hour trainer recording time, and 5 daily workouts created just for you to follow along at home. Monthly checkins are included. Program upgrades and changes may be added upon your request for $100
