Energy Medicine and Massage Therapy

Bodywork

Bodywork is deeply personal, and is performed for the individuals needs that day. A conversation will be shared to discover what is best for you for your session. Specialty treatments are assisted stretching and Thai Yoga Movement, and myofacial release. You can read more about these below.

Energetic Work

Energy, or subtle-body work begins with centering together. Once both of us have landed in the field, I will be able to read what is present energetically and from there, your session is guided by Spirit. Our time together can consist of various energetic frequency balancing modalities including silence, talking, breathing, conversation, movement. There is no limit imposed when birthing energetic waves. Your consent will be honored on all layers of being. Insight is often given. You can expect an extended period of clarity and peacefulness, within which you can continue your clearing and healing over the upcoming days and weeks.

Reiki vs Energy Work?

This type of work varies greatly from Reiki in that it touches upon the more proximal parts of your field, as well as deep seeded, difficult to articulte misaligents. To use an example, it’s like removing a stubborn tree from your back yard: while this Energy Work Medicine does the heavy deep work to clear all the roots, Reiki will touch upon the base of the problem, creating some levity and momentum behind a healing process that you can work with to complete some healing alone. Here we will address the root via the quantum field, while also receiving a boost to sooth the experienced pain. Each session is guided precisely by Spirit. Most individuals will experience a sense of continued ease and clarity in the upcoming days and weeks.

Session cost is $150-220 for 60-90minutes.

If you feel stuck, distant from the Light inside, accessing the field around you is key. We will step into the story together and look around to find the clues to who we are. This work is not passive, and is intended to produce profound change that spans far beyond us. This work influences permanent and far reaching change. You can expect to release patterns that have become seemingly impossible to stop.

Our time together will be guided by Spirit and will include different expressions including discussion, embodiment, visualization and silence. You will receive insites that you can implement beyond our time together.
