On Oct 21, please join me for a full-embodiment experience through a therapeutic sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls (upper realm), strings (heart realm) and didgeridoo (earth realm), guided somatic breathing, and dark chocolate (to ground after your journey). We'll begin at 6 pm.

This special event has limited capacity to ensure a comfortable quality experience for all. Bring any items of comfort such as pillows and blankets, though some of these items may be supplied in-house.
