This series will serve as a gateway to the deeper realms of practice.  With an emphasis on dyhana (mediation), pranayam (breathwork) and mantra (sacred sound), these sessions will challenge students to expand practice into the realms of consciousness and intentionality. A fundamental asana (posture) practice will be offered at the beginning of each session to prepare the physical body for prolonged periods of seated and/or reclined postures. We will access the subtle systems of the body so that we can experience radical presence and powerful activation.  Dress comfortably, bring any personal props desired such as meditation pillows and/or blankets, drink plenty of water and arrive in a devotional heartspace.  

Practice will be centered around the following intentional themes:

11/1 - The Yoga of Death & Mysticism 

11/8 - Pancha Mahabhutas - Five Primordial Elements

11/15 - Sacred Science, Sacred Syllables - Deep Roots Mantra

11/22 - Gratitude, Prayer & Divinity - A Devotional Celebration!
