Developing A Complete Yoga Practice

This workshop is mindfully designed to bring us closer to the traditions of a complete Yoga practice, for its intended benefits. Yoga works within the physical and metaphysical planes to help us remain balanced and well. In shorter classes, teachers have to design their sequences according to time.

In this series, we will dedicate a full 2+ hours to our practice, and include breathwork, asana, meditation and sound healing. You can expect Lisa to include other movement modalities such as myofacial release in each session.

The investment for a single session is $40.

Space will be limited for this class to accomodate ample practice space and comfort. Props will be supplied if you wish to use them, however you are encouraged to bring your own mat, blocks, blanket and strap if you feel more comfortable.
