Let’s celebrate Spring! It’s been a long winter & we are all ready to welcome the return of the light! This 2.5 hour workshop will support the opportunity to find balance in presence. We will compliment gentle movement with pranayama, meditation & chanting.

Each participant will receive CranioSacral Love by Maja during an extended Savasana complimented by tender sound therapy.
