Mantra, Meditation & Breathwork Series with Meggan Emily

11:00am -12:15pm

Saturdays, March 12 & April 9, 2022

$25 Investment/session

Experiencing rhythm is medicinal. Whether we are dancing, singing, playing or simply listening to music within the rhythm, we tune ourselves into one another and ultimately, the universal vibration. We know that music is the universal language and there is a primordial attraction to syncipating with the rhythm around you. Music is a way to connect and connection is medicine. In this series, we will gather mindfully, explore rhythm through mantra and learn to express through sound what our heartspace intends. This will be so fun and feel so good! We will be lifting our voices together in harmony!

In this 2-part offering Meggan will offer guided practices in dhyana, or meditation, in Mantra, or sound utterance and in pranayam, or breath work. Combining these three efforts will vitalize, relax, restore and align the participant. An emphasis will be placed on the sound aspects of mantra, chanting and singing. Participants are welcome to use their voices or simply listen and meditate. Please arrive dressed comfortably and prepared to sit on the floor with or without studio props for the duration. We will breathe efficiently, direct our awareness, then open our voices and hearts!
