Yoga for Beginners: a 3 week educational and practical journey


This series is designed for all who wish to learn or revisit the foundational concepts of Yoga.


Whether you have never stepped on the mat, or have little experience, or have been practicing for some time, you can expect to learn valuable things about yoga, each time you visit the mat with the mind of the beginner.


Lisa breaks down in simple, digestible, but very impactful ways, the subtleties of traditional yoga poses and breathwork. Expect to feel your body in a new light, and experience a fresh look at movement as medicine.

This series will run on Sundays, Feb 21, Feb 28 and March 7, from 2:30 until 4pm. You are welcome to take a single class, two classes, or all in the series, though it is strongly encouraged that students try to make all 3 in the course in order to experience the complete material covered in the course. Each individual class fee is $35, while the 3 week course can be enjoyed for $90.
