Join Lisa and Irina for this special night of nourishment. Starting with intentional tone setting we'll enjoy a nurturing gentle yoga practice designed specially to soothe the nervous and muscular system to open our hearts and energy to receive a full treatment experience of the highest vibrational good.
You will be served tea of mint and citrus, harvested and prepared with care for this event.
All participants will then take a few moments to nestle into their spot with blankets, pillows, bolsters, and whatever else they need to be personally comfortable. You are welcome to bring any items that compliment your healing space.
Lisa will help to balance our mind and body with the crystal bowls for 20 minutes, to help us all slip deep into a state of relaxation.
We will enjoy a few moments of silence, while sacred cleansing herbs are burned to clarify our experience, and clear out any unnecessary energies that we have released in the initial part of our journey.
Approximately mid way through, the deep healing occurs. Irina will channel healing sound while she plays the gong to hold the space through the sensory experience of sound. Lisa will spend time with each participant through Reiki; touching or hovering hands where blockages are sensed.
We will enjoy gentle scents with mindfully selected essential oils, applied or simply used in each participants space if they wish not to have it applied (please notify prior).
Class will gently end and all participants are encouraged to engage with the vibration created through voice in collective mantra of Om.
This event has sold out in the past so please register online. In an effort to give everyone plenty of personal space and attention this event holds a very limited capacity. The investment for this deep healing event is $45 for each individual. We hope to see you there.
