30 Day Yoga Challenge

This challenge is flexible and will encourage you to give back to yourself, and broaden your understanding of Yoga.

Here are the rules:

1. Practice one of the following ways daily-
   •in studio classes
   •personal home practice
   •meditation
   •karma service
2. Snap a picture
3. Post on Facebook and/or IG with @bloomyogacenter and #bloomchallenge2019
4.  Must participate every day from Jan 5-Feb3

All participants who finish this challenge will receive

●the benefits of abhyasa
●60 min bodywork treatment of your choice: Trigger point release with Rachel at Bloom or Thai massage with Linda at Soul Flow

Massage must be booked and used within 6 months.
